LEED Gold Certification, 2016

In 2010 this project was a LEED project which used a Lutron wireless lighting control system for occupancy sensing and daylight harvesting.  The primary power distribution for this upfit was done beneath the raised floor which gives the tenant a flexible space that is simple and budget friendly when it comes time to make modifications to the floor plan.  Project was originally submitted for LEED Silver Certification in 2010 and received LEED Gold in 2016.
