Design of approximately 60,000 SF core and shell facility  to attract new emerging companies.  Design incorporates raised floor with HVAC, and modular power and data located below floor level.  Special consideration was given for possible laboratory installation with maximum flexibility for possible tenants, along with telecommunication rooms and telecommunication infrastructure.
